Chair or table? It’s the first question most HR teams ask when booking corporate massage. The right answer depends less on preference and more on your space, time and headcount.

Chair massage: fast and frictionless
Fully clothed, 10–15 minutes, focused on neck, back and shoulders. No dedicated room needed — a corner of the office works fine. Best for moving a large number of people through quickly during a normal workday.
Table massage: deeper, longer, more private
A full reset with longer, deeper sessions on a proper table — closer to a spa-grade experience without leaving the building. It needs more space and a degree of privacy, which makes it better suited to executive retreats, VIP zones or dedicated recovery days rather than a normal open-plan office.
A simple way to decide
- Whole-office day, limited space, tight schedule → chair massage
- Executive retreat, sports team recovery, or a dedicated wellness room → table massage
- Large mixed event → both, in separate zones
