Numbers convince faster than adjectives. Here’s a real, worked example of how a corporate wellness day gets costed and delivered — using the same pricing formula we quote every client.

The kind of events we run
Samarata has delivered on-site wellness for organisations including TERAJU (Peneraju Bumiputera), at a “Corporate Massage & Event” activation, and Vinda, as part of their Health & Safety Day 2025. Both are the same underlying service — chair massage stations, certified therapists, zero admin for the host — scaled to fit a government agency activation on one end and a full-day corporate health event on the other.
How the quote is built
Every Samarata invoice uses the same two-part formula: a per-therapist hourly rate, plus a flat logistics fee per event.
- Chair massage: RM160 per therapist, per hour (15-minute sessions)
- Logistics & setup: RM180 flat, per event
- Deposit: 30% of the total, due on confirmation
A worked example
Say a company books 4 therapists for 4 hours for an office wellness day:
| Subtotal | 4 × RM160 × 4 hours | RM2,560 |
| Logistics & setup | flat fee | RM180 |
| Total | RM2,740 | |
| 30% deposit due on confirmation | RM822 |
That’s the entire invoice — no hidden line items. The balance is due on service completion, and cancellations or rescheduling need at least 7 days’ notice.
Why this matters
Most corporate wellness quotes are opaque until you actually ask. Ours isn’t — headcount and hours in, a number out, the same formula whether you’re a 5-person startup or a government agency running a company-wide activation.
