Samarata Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates samarata.my and provides on-site corporate massage and workplace wellness services across Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. What information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as:
- Your name and work email when you request the free Workplace Ergonomics Guide.
- Your name, contact details, headcount and event details when you request a proposal via WhatsApp, email or our contact forms.
- Standard website usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) collected automatically through Google Analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to send the requested guide, respond to proposal and booking requests, and communicate about your event or session. We use aggregated analytics data to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, and WhatsApp/Meta to handle booking conversations you initiate. If you leave a comment on our articles, an anonymized hash of your email may be checked against the Gravatar service to display a profile picture; the Gravatar privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy.
Cookies
Our site uses standard cookies for site functionality and Google Analytics. If you log in as an administrator, WordPress sets cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain our client records, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
